This role will be responsible for Kyriba customers as soon as they sign their SaaS agreement and throughout their lifecycle with Kyriba. The role is split into five responsibilities: Onboarding on the platform and ensuring the customer goes live quickly and efficiently, upsell and cross-sell more modules and users, supporting the customer when issues arise to ensure top customer satisfaction, maintaining high retention and renewal rates, and running handling the operational side of running the book of business.
