Responsibilities

Renewal monitoring and execution.

Manage onboarding and operational implementation of new clients for designated accounts as per defined processes.

Effectively manage a predefined list of existing accounts to ensure 100% renewal achievement.

Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries from clients within a 2‑day SLA.

Prepare renewal quotes through CPQ for the customer and deliver the quote to the client once approved by management.

Prepared renewal documentation when exceptions are received.

Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on sub‑declarations when not received or to clarify information received on sub‑decs.

Negotiate pricing for clients objecting to price with assistance from the Manager.

Make administrative updates to Salesforce as required to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Ensure accurate billing of renewed program in a timely manner.
