About the Role
At Perk, our customers' happiness is at the heart of our success. As a Longtail Account Manager DACH , you'll own a dedicated portfolio of accounts in the DACH region. You will be building lasting relationships, solving customer challenges, and driving commercial outcomes across both our Travel and Spend products.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of longtail accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor across Perk's Travel and Spend solutions.
Balance proactive relationship management with reactive support, anticipating customer needs while responding effectively to inbound queries and issues.
Champion Perk to your clients, and champion your clients within Perk.
