The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships across the Central Southeast Asia region, ensuring customer satisfaction, account profitability, and achievement of revenue targets. This role serves as the primary commercial and technical interface between customers and NOV ReedHycalog, driving business development opportunities and delivering value-added drilling solutions. The incumbent will manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, tender participation, proposal development, contract negotiation, purchase order acquisition, product delivery coordination, invoicing, and accounts receivable collection. The role supports the Premium Drill Bits, Borehole Enlargement, and Coring Services product lines and requires close collaboration with customers, operations, engineering, and other internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
