About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly trustworthy Accounts Manager to oversee corporate financial operations alongside the personal accounts of our Director. This is a dual-responsibility, high-trust role requiring strong financial acumen and absolute discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Accounts
Manage day-to-day accounting — AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS/P&L reports
Ensure GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance; coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
Handle payroll processing and liaise with banks and financial institutions
Director's Personal Accounts
Monitor personal bank accounts, FDs, investments (stocks, MFs, real estate), and asset registers
Handle personal ITR filings, advance tax, and coordination with CA/tax consultants
