Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions, ensuring clients extract maximum value from our POS products, modules, and integrations.
Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted, long‑term partnerships and proactively supporting client success.
Guide account growth and upgrades, transitioning customers to advanced solutions tailored to their evolving business needs.
Create new revenue opportunities, executing upsells, cross‑sells, and expansions aligned with client goals.
