An Account Manager at SoftwareOne is responsible for cultivating and nurturing deep client relationships while delivering the best of our software solutions. The role focuses on ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for existing client accounts, with emphasis on renewals, cross‑selling, and upselling opportunities. Collaboration with Operations Managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) is crucial to ensure detailed solution delivery and client satisfaction.
