About the Role
The Account Manager will act as the first contact and front line interface between the Toromont team and our customers for the sale of new generators and related equipment. He/she will provide exceptional customer service and position Toromont CAT as a premiere supplier and partner to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and engage the internal team as required for the development and execution of the business.
- Adhere to and live the Toromont Health and Safety values and culture, embody and promote Health and Safety best practices during customer visits.
- Follow up on customer requests for quotes, providing trusted advisor services for the complete Electric Power line of products.
- Develop responses and prepare quotes, technical submissions, and other documentation.
