Your main responsibilities
Analyze current, past and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio. Approach customer for sale and/or renewal of maintenance of Schindler elevators and escalators Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all offers and contracts consistent with KG commercial guidelines Coordinate the handover of gained and recovered units to the Asst./Area Manager – EI in order to provide a positive experience to the customer Ensure timely and smooth execution of service conditions with support from Branch EI Team and collection of outstanding dues.
