Job Overview
As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations and mid‑sized companies in the private and public sectors. You will work closely with CEOs, board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Manage contract renewals and ensure long‑term customer retention
- Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to achieve targets
- Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
- Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in Arabic and English, bilingual
