About the Role
Alibaba.com is looking for an Account Manager, Buyer Growth – Mexico Market to support the growth of high-value buyers in Mexico.
In this role, you will own a portfolio of buyers, build direct relationships with them, understand their sourcing needs, and help them grow on Alibaba.com. You will be responsible for driving buyer engagement, GMV growth, adoption of platform solutions, and long-term retention.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role that combines account management, buyer operations, customer success, and growth execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, data-driven, and comfortable engaging buyers through phone calls, emails, and messaging channels.
