As Account Manager, you are responsible for driving sustainable, long-term sales growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. You serve as the primary interface between the customer and the organization, managing relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, purchasing, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
You own full commercial responsibility for your accounts, including business development, sales performance, and profitability. By coordinating internal cross-functional teams, you ensure timely execution, alignment with customer requirements, and delivery of value-based solutions. The role is accountable for achieving or exceeding sales and margin targets defined by the Sales Manager, strengthening strategic partnerships, and maintaining superior supplier performance ratings in a competitive and fast-evolving market.
