Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Darwin team at Mercer. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Account Management Team Lead manages, motivates, and collaborates with a team of Account Managers to meet and exceed firm objectives. The role promotes client satisfaction, retention, and growth in both the Account Managers they lead and the clients they serve. The Team Lead provides guidance to experienced individual contributors to achieve business results and ensures collaboration across the firm for comprehensive client solutions.
