About this Role

We’re looking for a results‑driven Account Executive, SMB to join our fast‑growing hotel SaaS company. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new business with individual hotels and small multi‑property groups across North America. You’ll own the full sales cycle for mid‑market opportunities, build strong relationships with hotel decision‑makers, and execute a high‑volume, consultative sales motion with consistency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and building a pipeline of opportunities within the mid‑market hotel segment (typically 1–10 properties).
• Leading structured discovery conversations focused on group sales, events, and operational workflows.
• Developing and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
