Responsibilities
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Own retention sales process from start to finish for assigned portfolio using ValueSelling methodology
- Ensure MikMak solutions align with customer objectives and deliver business impact
- Maintain Salesforce records including account health, contacts, and renewal/expansion opportunities
- Manage renewal pipeline for regular revenue forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to prioritize customer needs
- Travel up to 25%
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a revenue-carrying role, preferably in SaaS
- 2+ years of experience working with CPG brands and Marketing, eCommerce, or IT personas
- Background in Media, Shoppable Media, Where to Buy Technology, or MMM
