Staff Accountant – Inventory Accounting & NetSuite
Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with expertise in inventory accounting, general ledger management, month-end close, and NetSuite Advanced Inventory . The role supports multiple operating companies, ensuring accurate inventory valuation, reconciliations, and financial reporting while partnering with Finance and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Accounting
- Manage and analyze inventory transactions using NetSuite Advanced Inventory .
- Perform monthly inventory account reconciliations and reconcile inventory subledgers to the GL.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
- Review inventory adjustments, write-offs, transfers, and related transactions.
- Support inventory reserve calculations (excess & obsolete inventory).
- Analyze inventory aging and valuation.
