Join a fast-growing European AI SaaS startup transforming customer communication through AI-powered voice technology. As one of the early commercial hires for the Italian market, you will play a key role in scaling the company’s presence in Barcelona while working closely with the founding account executive, founders, and HQ team in Vienna.
This is a highly entrepreneurial and hands‑on role where you will combine sales, customer onboarding, and go-to-market execution in a fast-scaling environment. You will not be starting from scratch: the company already has strong traction in the DACH market, an established product-market fit, centralized marketing support, and an active pipeline generation strategy.
As an early member of the Italian team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact local growth, help scale the sales motion, and grow alongside the company’s international expansion.
