Join Factorial as a founding Account Executive in the DACH region, leading the launch of Factorial IT, a new IT Management product.
Base Pay Range35,000 € – 80,000 € OTE.
The RoleAs a Founding Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle — from discovery to close — for Factorial IT across the DACH region.
Responsibilities- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close.
- Run discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT and Ops decision-makers.
- Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing, shaping demos, positioning, and future product direction.
