The Role
At INNOCEAN Canada, the Account Executive – CRM is an Explorer who supports the delivery of customer-led, data-driven communications across the customer journey.
In this role, you support the planning, coordination, and execution of CRM initiatives that go beyond email — contributing to journey-based communications, lifecycle thinking, and experience-led storytelling. You work closely with CRM strategists, account leads...
