Account Executive – U.S. Market

Verdant by Copeland is hiring a high‑energy Account Executive to build and close new business across the U.S. market. This is a true hunter role – you will create your own pipeline, book your own demos, and drive deals from first contact to close.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

  • Build and manage your own pipeline (not lead‑fed)
  • Prospect daily via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and database canvassing
  • Book and conduct multiple qualified demos per week
  • Maintain active pipeline
  • Close opportunities within 2–12 month sales cycles depending on segment
  • Manage all activity and forecasting in Salesforce CRM
  • Re‑engage dormant accounts to create new opportunities
  • Present compelling ROI‑driven proposals to U.S.‑based decision‑makers
  • Leverage rebate programs and “low‑hanging fruit” opportunities strategically
  • Participate in trade shows (2–4 annually)
