Role Summary and Impact
- Execute the buying, booking, and system‑upload processes for offline media (TV, Radio, Out‑of‑Home/OOH) and assist with digital media purchasing according to the approved plans.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on active campaigns to ensure advertisements are broadcast and displayed correctly across all selected channels.
- Manage key administrative tasks, including reconciling media runs against invoices, monitoring delivery, and assisting the finance team with the billing and invoicing processes.
- Utilize specialized media databases and internal tools (such as Tom Micro, Auditsa, HR, INRA, and Maximaster) to register purchases, pull reports, and keep campaign records updated.
Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
