Responsibilities
- Own overall sales performance, including driving growth and consistently hitting/exceeding annual sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Provide hands‑on support and mentorship to the SDR team, helping generate qualified opportunities and build strong pipelines through creative outbound strategies.
- Communicate Insider One’s value proposition with impact, crafting compelling proposals and presentations; ensure partners benefit fully from commercial offerings (e.g., free trials, tailored programs).
- Act as the market expert, sharing insights on trends, unmet needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities to extend company offerings.
