Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage payroll processing support limited general contractor (GC) responsibilities and assist in income-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial processes and eager to contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records, prepare reports and handle payroll-related queries.
  • Assist with onboarding and documentation of subcontractors including compliance verification, handling of foreign currency transactions and limited GC-related administrative duties.
  • Support income tracking including coordinating with internal teams on receivables deposits and cash flow entries.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist in month-end closings.
