We are a multi-award winning agency seeking an experienced Account Director to lead and grow key client relationships, manage retainer accounts, and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality creative, branding, and marketing work.
This is a client leadership and operations-focused role, suited for someone who thrives in a boutique agency environment and can balance strategic thinking, strong account management, team leadership, and day-to-day delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate has experience managing client portfolios, leading internal teams, overseeing retainers and projects, and acting as the key bridge between clients, strategy, creative, and production teams. While some support for pitches and organic growth will be expected, this is not primarily a business development role.
