As a key member of the Continental Europe Leadership Team, the Account Director will take ownership of the Western and Central Europe region (France & Switzerland), leading a high‑performing Account Management team.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of experienced Account Managers covering clients across the buy side, sell side and corporate to meet sales, revenue, retention and organisational objectives.
- Ensure execution of the team on sales initiatives to meet key financial metrics.
- Drive in‑depth account, territory and opportunity planning using LSEG’s sales methodology.
- Forecast sales & revenue to support the Market Head.
- Drive organisational objectives to support LSEG strategy.
- Develop and nurture relationships with senior contacts at our customer base.
