Description:The Account Coordinator plays an important role in driving operational rigor, systems accuracy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and run as intended. This position provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end campaign workflow within a high-volume advertising environment.
Key Responsibilities:Complete internal intake forms (Order Intake, Creative Upload Forms, etc.) Submit and manage JIRA tickets with Ads Operations and vendor teams Coordinate asset collection and confirm trafficking readiness prior to launch Escalate executional blockers or delays as appropriate Own the creation and submission of JIRA tickets related to invoicing, credits & rebills Track ticket progress and drive timely resolution across Revenue Accounting and Ads Ops Demand Management teams Own the month-end billing process ...
