Job Overview
Accommodation Operations Manager – Hybrid. Responsible for overseeing the Accommodation Operations team, managing capacity, recruitment and process improvement in the 12–9pm shift in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership for capacity planning and management of the team, ensuring adequate coverage at any time. Forecast workload, identify gaps and propose mitigation solutions.
- Monitor and report on the team KPIs; track individual and team performance, provide visibility on targets.
- Define request prioritisation and assignment criteria to support Senior Specialists in day‑to‑day request management.
- Coach the team through weekly 1to1s, fostering a positive and growth‑oriented environment and providing feedback on quality assessment.
