- Lead the design and long-term vision of the organization's curriculum across:

- Education Pathways
- AI & Robotics Initiatives
- Teacher Training Programs
- Fellowship Learning Journeys
- Build learning progression frameworks across grade bands and learner segments.
- Define curriculum standards, learning competencies, and pedagogical principles.
- Ensure coherence across multiple program models and geographies.
2. Pedagogical Leadership
- Serve as the organization's pedagogy lead, ensuring all programs are grounded in strong learning science and classroom practice.
