Roles and Responsibilities  Contribute to design of research study proposals, frameworks, and methodologies  Develop and review quantitative and qualitative study tools (questionnaires, interview guides, etc.)  Support end-to-end implementation of quantitative and qualitative research studies  Train and mentor field teams on data collection protocols and tool  Coordinate with field teams to plan and monitor data collection activities  Track study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards  Manage datasets, including data cleaning, validation, and documentation  Conduct quantitative data analysis using software such as SPSS, STATA, or similar tools  Contribute to development of research outputs including abstracts, manuscripts, reports, fact sheets and policy briefs  Support publication efforts, including drafting or contributing to peer- reviewed journal articles Send your CV to: & (Subject Line: AC:83:Sr Research Ass...
