• Repairs, maintains, and provides technical attention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems of the hotel (walk-in freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan-coil units, chiller, etc.).
• Maintains preventive maintenance for all air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Checks performance of refrigeration systems and components.
• Verifies all door-closing systems on walk-in coolers/freezers (door gaskets/latches).
• Checks and maintains all defrosting systems and automation of ice-makers.
• Responds to maintenance requests from all departments.
• Ensures routine cleaning of fan-coil units and filters of air-handling units.
