- Keep all air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment running smoothly and looking great
- Check major air handling units regularly to ensure they're performing brilliantly and filters are spotless
- Perform preventive maintenance on all air handling units and refrigeration equipment according to schedule—think of it as keeping everything in tip-top shape before problems arise
- Monitor temperatures in all refrigerated stores daily and inspect condensing units to ensure everything's functioning perfectly
- Carry out repairs to air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment whenever needed
