Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls, and accessories) to AC OEMs including but not limited to product selection.
- Engineering support to new product implementations and engineering changes.
- Production line support for pilot runs and standard production.
- Warranty administration.
- Sample coordination (undefined).
- Proactively interact with cross‑functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Operations.
- Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland’s product engineering, development team, and lab personnel.
- Develop application profiles.
- Customer training and develop, translate or adapt product application bulletins.
- Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences.
