Responsibilities
- Advise the company on all labor law matters, ensuring compliance with Colombian regulations.
- Oversee labor relations and provide legal support on employment issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace disputes.
- Investigate and handle employee abuse cases with sensitivity and adherence to legal standards.
- Develop and implement policies to promote a fair, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Conduct training and workshops for employees on labor laws and company policies.
- Represent the company in labor disputes, negotiations, and litigations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations to provide timely and accurate legal advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree or specialization in Labor Law is preferred.
