Aboard Sous Chef — Fine-Dining at Sea

Silversea in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria seeks an experienced Sous Chef to oversee daily food preparation, menu planning and station execution aboard our luxury cruise operations. You will ensure strict recipe adherence, proper portioning and immaculate presentation across outlets.

You will lead, schedule and train Chef de Parties and Cooks, coordinate special dietary needs, engage with guests to address feedback, and guarantee flawless sanitation.
