Abbott Ambassador – Madrid + (Ávila o Segovia)

Primary Objective

The Abbott Ambassador is responsible for driving client loyalty, growing existing business while improving profitability.

Accountabilities

a) ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Develop a Strategic Growth Plan at the territory level and leverage the plan on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data in MyDASH.
  • Execute Account Plan tactics to grow existing business by closing menu gaps (adding on assays), selling DHS solutions and upgrading and renewing service contracts.
  • Weekly work with client on business process, amplification of their health system via CRDx globalized and established frameworks.
  • Conduct Client Business Reviews every 90 days (Operational reviews) to ensure our clients and Abbott are honoring their commitments and execute on identified client needs.
