Key Responsibilities 

Under supervision, this position is responsible for delivering the following functions:

• Manage a committed and skilled team to deliver ongoing Workforce and Culture functions.
• Develop and implement a long-term workforce strategy for NFSA, including developing initiatives to attract and retain high performing individuals with a particular focus on people from First Nations backgrounds.
• Work with the NFSA Senio Executive team to develop an exemplary and sector-leading professional culture for the agency. 
• Represent NFSA in professional fora and maintain networks with industry peers. 
• Partner with NFSA business owners to ensure NFSA workforce is fit for purpose and supported to deliver outcomes. 
• Build a program of targeted professional training for the NFSA workforce.
