Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure that change notifications by the Agile teams of the UPS product lines consider the serviceability of the products. You will engage with the change managers of the Agile teams and the stakeholders within Service on a daily basis. This role contributes to the Global Service Engineering team in Quartino. The main stakeholders include change managers from the Agile teams of the UPS product lines in Quartino, service professionals responsible for technical support, documentation, and spare parts, as well as supply chain specialists responsible for spare part creation and stock management. You will join a newly formed Service Engineering team, where you will have the opportunity to thrive. JR
