Requirement:
Strong experience in C/C++ programming.
Design and implement LTE/NR PHY Algorithms and procedures
Optimize L1 for latency, throughput, and CPU/DSP/GPU/FPGA utilization
Interface with Radio/RF, L2, and fronthaul subsystems
Debug PHY issues using logs, IQ capture, and lab equipment
Ability to drive large scale 4G/5G L1 product development, sustenance and customer support programs involving multiple variants of eNodeBs/gNodeBs in various forms including vRAN/ORAN/custom
