Qualification :
- Matric coupled with 3- year Culinary Arts Diploma through an internationally recognized institution
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite, POS, SAP, etc.
- 3+ years working in a 5* Hotel or Luxury Resort
- Physically fit with the ability to work normal hospitality hours including public holidays, weekends and shifts
- Keeps abreast of culinary trends and patters
- Excellent interpersonal skills
