3rd Line Support Engineer (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable 3rd Line Support Engineer who will provide support to UK and US‑based clients in a fast‑paced managed services environment. The role requires strong technical expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, on‑premise Windows Server, and Hyper‑V, together with the flexibility to operate across all support tiers when required.

The successful candidate must be comfortable handling escalations, resolving complex infrastructure issues, supporting end users when necessary, and contributing to technical improvements across client environments.
