Job Overview

The 3PL Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse operations through daily oversight of third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. This role is accountable for execution excellence across inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns activities while maintaining strong compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. It is an opportunity to influence performance at the intersection of operations, quality, and vendor management while supporting the reliable delivery of products that help improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational oversight of 3PL warehouse activities, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
• Act as the primary point of contact between DePuy Synthes and the 3PL site leadership, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
