Machine Setup & Operation- Prepare 3D printers before production (load filament/resin, calibrate bed, etc.)
- Start and monitor print jobs
- Use slicing software like Cura or PrusaSlicer
- Convert 3D models (STL/OBJ files) into printer-ready formats
- Inspect finished prints for defects (warping, layer shifting, stringing)
- Adjust settings for better results
- Clean nozzles, replace parts, lubricate moving components
- Troubleshoot issues like clogs or failed prints
