About the job:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist the team in frontline operations at the front desk ensuring smooth operations. You will need to display a professional image by delivering high‑quality service experience and accurate information to customers.

Working Schedule: 3+2 work week

• Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break)
• Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break)
