Position Title
310T TRUCK AND COACH MECHANIC
POSITION GOAL
To work in a fleet based environment on both long term and short term preventative maintenance mechanical applications on public transit passenger buses.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Mechanical repairs involving all operational systems for a transit bus or highway coach. Experience in diagnostics using Ladder Logic, Vansco, WABCO and Cummins Onsite is essential. Must be able to work well independently and/or as part of a team. Electric and hybrid experience is also an asset.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diversity is key. Demonstrate the interest to learn all necessary skills in all aspects of bus heavy mechanical and refurbishment repair.
- Ensure your output is consistent with process flow and execution to meet completion dates as set out by the Shop Manager.
