**About this role**
This role involves managing the processing and implementation of engineering changes by ensuring technical validation of product information packages, including BOMs, drawings, and 3D files.
The job requires overseeing the successful implementation of technical packages for new projects, leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve successful prototype and pilot runs.
Additionally, the role takes full ownership of the product on the manufacturing site or factory after the release of new products, while also providing technical support for NPI (New Product Introduction) on the production line.
