2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Windows, Linux & Networking

Ascent People Ltd is seeking a 2nd/3rd line Support Engineer in South Manchester to support Windows and Linux, assist 1st line analysts, and liaise with suppliers while reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Analyst.

Responsibilities include configuring Cisco routers and Sophos firewalls, troubleshooting MS Server/Exchange, and working with virtualization technologies such as VMware/XenServer. Applicants should have 3+ years of 2nd line experience.
