This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and medium to advanced technology proficiency, including the use of workforce management systems, Excel, reporting tools, and onboarding platforms.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, handling attendance and disciplinary matters, conducting orientations, supporting onboarding processes, maintaining client communication, and assisting with operational needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work weekends and extended hours when needed, able to adapt to changing operational demands, and capable of leading large teams effectively.
