Essential Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 operating systems
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2003, 2013 and 2016 products.
- Excellent hardware support and diagnostics
- Experience of supporting an Active Directory Domain
- Experience in Networking principals
Desirable Requirements
- Linux Server operating systems (Ubuntu / Centos)
- Experience of Contact Centre Technology
