Essential Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 operating systems
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2003, 2013 and 2016 products.
  • Excellent hardware support and diagnostics
  • Experience of supporting an Active Directory Domain
  • Experience in Networking principals

Desirable Requirements

  • Linux Server operating systems (Ubuntu / Centos)
  • Experience of Contact Centre Technology
