Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms
Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching
Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation
Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus
Clear, confident communication skills — translating technical concepts for non-technical users
Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following:
Microsoft tenant migrations
Microsoft Intune
Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
SharePoint Administration
JIRA Administration
API integrations
AI adoption
