2nd Cook Work in Remote Camps

This full-time position requires assisting the 1st Cook in all aspects of meal preparation and kitchen operations. With shifts typically 20 days on and 10 days off, you will manage food preparation, setup, and cleanup efficiently. Key skills include kitchen equipment proficiency and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare diverse meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Set up salad bar and prepare traditional salads with dressings
• Monitor and restock dining areas as required
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas after service
• Assist 1st Cook with inventory and food-related concerns
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a 2nd Cook
